Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and BORDADOS Y ESTAMPADOS DE JUNCOS INC., a Puerto Rico corporation doing business as “DTF Engine” (“we,” “us”). By using dtfengine.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account, and the information you provide must be accurate.

3. The Service

We produce custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) gang sheet prints to your specifications. Product descriptions, prices, and turnaround estimates may be updated at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price charged.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe has violated these Terms.

5. Your artwork

You retain ownership of artwork you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, and reproduce your artwork as needed to fulfill your order and provide support.

By uploading artwork you represent that you own or have all rights necessary to reproduce it, that it does not infringe any third-party right, and that it does not violate Section 8 or applicable law.

6. Orders and payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and exclude any taxes or shipping fees added at checkout. Payment is processed at order time. We may correct pricing or description errors before shipment and, where a correction materially affects your order, may cancel and refund it.

If you believe an order is incorrect or defective, please contact support@dtfengine.com before initiating a chargeback.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not upload or request reproduction of content that infringes any intellectual property, publicity, or privacy right; sexually exploits minors; promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred; is defamatory or fraudulent; uses any identifiable person’s likeness without authorization; reproduces currency, identification documents, or government insignia; or otherwise violates applicable law.

You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to place orders except through interfaces we authorize.

We may, in our sole discretion, refuse, cancel, or remove any order or content we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law, and may suspend the associated account.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT COLORS DISPLAYED ON A SCREEN WILL MATCH PRINTED OUTPUT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from artwork or content you submit, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, USA, and applicable U.S. federal law. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico sitting in the judicial region of Caguas.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect any change. Where required by law, we will give you notice of material changes.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
