Refund Policy

1. Custom-print policy

Every gang sheet is custom-manufactured to your specifications. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for correctly produced orders. The rights described below are in addition to any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.

2. When we will reprint or refund

We will reprint or, at our option, refund your order if:

  • The print is defective due to our error (e.g., banding, adhesion failure, registration error);
  • The dimensions, quantity, or material differ from what you ordered due to our error; or
  • The order arrives damaged due to a packaging or production defect.

Email support@dtfengine.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 14 days may be denied.

3. Customer-side issues

We print what you upload. We are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution files, incorrect color profiles, sizing or placement errors you entered, screen-vs-print color differences, incorrect shipping addresses you provided, or application errors that occur after delivery.

4. Lost or damaged in transit

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility. If the carrier confirms your package as lost, or it arrives with visible carrier damage, email support@dtfengine.com within 14 days of the expected or actual delivery date with photos and your order number and we will discuss a remedy.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not available. Email support@dtfengine.com with your order number to request a cancellation.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Posting times depend on your card issuer or bank.
