DTF Engine is a trade name of BORDADOS Y ESTAMPADOS DE JUNCOS INC., a Puerto Rico corporation (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through dtfengine.com and how we use it.

- Contact and account data — name, email, shipping address, and phone (if provided). Account sign-in is handled by our authentication provider; we do not store passwords.
- Order data — products ordered, transaction amounts, and customer-service correspondence.
- Payment data — processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Artwork you upload for your order.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected through standard server logs and essential cookies.
How we use it
- Process and fulfill your order;
- Send order- and service-related communications (confirmation, shipping updates);
- Record pre-checkout cart activity for internal analytics and to improve our service;
- Respond to support requests;
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and
- If you subscribe to our newsletter, send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
We do not sell your personal information.
