Shipping Policy

1. Overview
This Shipping Policy describes how DTF Engine, operated by BORDADOS Y ESTAMPADOS DE JUNCOS INC., ships your order. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Production and transit
Production and transit times shown on the Service are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on order volume, carrier performance, and destination.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected. We currently ship within the United States only.
4. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect, undeliverable, or refused address may be re-shipped only after you pay additional shipping. Contact support@dtfengine.com immediately if you discover an error; we cannot guarantee a correction once a label has been generated.
5. Carrier responsibility
Once your order is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for carrier-caused delays or damage. See our Refund Policy for lost or damaged shipments.
6. FTC Mail-Order Rule
In accordance with 16 C.F.R. Part 435, if we cannot ship your order within 30 days of receiving payment, we will notify you and offer you the option to consent to a revised shipping date or receive a full refund.
